January 20, 2017 By vegannomadchick Leave a Comment

Vegans are spoilt for choice in Chiang Mai. My favourite part of our trip to Thailand was that we were able to eat out so much because of all the healthy, vegan options available! My favourite meal (and Kuba’s) in Chiang Mai had to be papaya salad with a side a rice. My second favourite…

Hello all! Thailand’s been a blast so far! We are just about one week into our 3-week trip and I’ve been crazy busy with vlogging lately. Here’s my Thailand playlist from my YouTube channel if you’re curious how we’re getting on. The playlist starts with my packing list and then goes into my (almost) daily…

This time last year I had a few short months before I would leave the States for Scotland. Most days I can’t believe how far I’ve come, and it hasn’t even been a year yet since I started travelling internationally full-time. • My feed is going to be saturated with orange by the time we’re done converting our van. 😂 Today was Day 6! We finished the wood panelling! 🛠 You can see our progress in our daily vlogs. 😉 In two weeks, I head to the States for a month. It will be my first time back in ~2.5 years!! 😳 So our goal is to have the van finished by then, or at least very close to being finished. It needs to be liveable so @roaming_kuba had a cosy place to stay while I’m away. 😅/😢
  • We took a break from van-building today and walked around Strzeszynek Park. 🐰🐰 Thanks for the photos, @roaming_kuba ! 😘 In today’s vlog, we offer you some planning and research tips to help you get started on your own van life adventure! 🚌😎 If you are considering converting your own van, check it out! My YouTube channel like is in my bio. 💛
  • Day 3 of our van conversion: complete! 🚌👌 Tomorrow we’ll install insulation, and then it’s time for the walls and floor. Once that’s done, then we can start the real building! I can’t wait! 😍 You can see our progress in our daily vlogs. Check my bio for the channel link! 😎
  • Poznań 🇵🇱 We spent the day walking around the Old Town. @roaming_kuba is the best tour guide because he grew up here! 😅 We give you a little tour of the Old Town in today’s vlog. My channel link is in my bio! 👍👍 Tomorrow it’s back to work on our van! 🚌 Thanks to @roaming_kuba for this photo. 😘
  • A few photos from Kraków 😍 to break up the van pics since we’ll have a lot of them in the next few weeks! 😅 We took a break from van stuff and walked around Poznań today. The Old Square in Poznań is cool BUT not as cool as Kraków’s. 😜 So far, Kraków is my favourite city in Poland. What’s your favourite Polish city? 🇵🇱
  • We bought the van! 😍😍 So happy we found a good one! Thanks to @roaming_kuba for researching and coordinating the sale here in Poland. 😎 We can’t wait to convert it into our first home. 🏡 Let the adventure begin!!
