What causes cravings and how can we avoid them?
Lately, I’ve given into my cravings here in Dublin. My cravings were triggered by stress and the cold weather. In the past, I’ve had cravings for heavier foods like pasta and bread when I didn’t eat enough calories during the day. Even though I’m well aware of what causes my cravings, I still slip up sometimes and give into them. I try to remember to not be too hard on myself because we all make mistakes and no one is perfect! At the end of the day, it’s just food. I learn from each situation and try to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.
